George G. Brenkert is Professor of Business
Ethics at the McDonough School of Business
of Georgetown University, where he is also
Director of the Georgetown Business Ethics
Institute. He is an Academic Advisor with
the Business Roundtable Institute for
Corporate Ethics and is the Editor-in-Chief of
Business Ethics Quarterly, the leading
scholarly journal in business ethics. He
serves on the Executive Committees of the
Society for Business Ethics, as well as the
Association for Practical and Professional
Ethics. He specializes in the areas of
ethics, business ethics, and social and
political philosophy. He has published a
book on Political Freedom (Routledge),
and is competing a book on Corporate
Integrity and Accountability (SAGE). He
is also currently working on a book on
marketing ethics. He has published numerous
articles in such journals Public Affairs
Quarterly, Philosophy & Public Affairs,
Public Policy & Marketing, Business Ethics
Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics,
and Business & Professional Ethics
Journal.
