Diana C. Robertson (vitae, pdf)
Emory University

Diana C. Robertson is Associate Professor of Organization and Management at Goizueta Business School, Emory University.  She was previously on the faculties of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and London Business School. She is an Academic Advisor with the Business Roundtable Institute for Corporate Ethics.

Diana’s specialty is business ethics, and her research interests center on organizational issues in business ethics, particularly the impact of the firm on employee decision-making about ethical issues.  Her work examines how organizations influence the ethical behavior of employees through formal ethics initiatives, such as codes of ethics, and via other organizational variables, including organizational structure, pressure to perform, and compensation and control systems.  At present she is conducting research using neuroimaging technology to identify neural activations in the brain associated with moral reasoning processes.
