The Business Roundtable Institute for Corporate Ethics is an independent entity established in partnership with Business Roundtable—an association of chief executive officers of leading U.S. companies with nearly $6 trillion in annual revenues and more than 13 million employees—to renew and enhance the link between ethical behavior and business practice.

The Institute brings together leaders from business and academia to fulfill its mission of embedding ethics into the everyday business decision-making and practice of organizations through its executive education programs, practitioner-focused research and outreach efforts.

In partnership with Business Roundtable and 16 leading faculty from top business schools, the Business Roundtable Institute for Corporate Ethics is an organization dedicated to making a lasting contribution to business ethics.

The Institute provides a unique opportunity for leading educators, business practitioners and students alike to merge the theory and practice of business together in a seamless enterprise for the common good.

The Institute was established on January 14, 2004.
