The Institute conducts research projects that are relevant for day-to day challenges that corporate leaders face. The Academic Director sets the annual research agenda, in consultation with the Advisory Council,  Academic Advisors, and Institute staff.

The Institute’s research project, Mapping the Terrain of Business Ethics survey of CEOs, identifies key ethics issues of practical significance to business leaders.
