EY Darden Design Thinking for Business

  • EY New Zealand Design Thinking
  • Today’s established companies struggle endlessly with growth, particularly organic growth. It needn’t be this way. Design thinking is living proof that innovation can be learned. Darden Executive Education is pleased to partner with EY New Zealand to offer a three-day program led by our own design thinking expert, Jeanne Liedtka.

  • Program Overview

Design thinking, or practical creativity, is a process using sequenced steps that help us get closer to customers, uncover their unmet needs, and develop innovative products and services to fill those needs. In this program you'll bypass artistic abstraction and use design as a practical, everyday process to spur innovation and realize organic growth in your business.

This program is highly accessible within teams, and with persistence, succeeds in solving complex business challenges in organizations that may have little prior exposure on how to innovate.
