Program Information
The Program

Organizations globally need to prepare middle management executives to become more effective leaders. Providing an enterprise-wide, performance-driven perspective, the Management Development Program (MDP) examines key business issues and solutions that are necessary to be successful in an increasingly dynamic business environment. By developing a broad understanding of the enterprise and the connectivity of business activity, MDP provides an opportunity for participants to focus on and drive actions that will enhance organizational effectiveness and drive superior bottom-line results.

Who Should Attend

High-potential middle management executives who have taken on, or are preparing to take on, broader responsibilities should attend this program. These executives may have recently experienced, or will soon undergo, the transition from a functional to a general management role. They may also be identified as having the potential for senior management. Most participants will have approximately eight or more years of managerial experience.

Participants come from highly diverse backgrounds representing a wide range of industries, functions, and geographic regions.
