The Executive Program (TEP)

May 31-June 26, 2009

Prepare to Break ThroughSaunders_TEP_102307

If you want to make a breakthrough in your professional and personal life, The Executive Program is designed expressly for you! TEP is a highly integrated, holistic learning experience that will challenge and encourage you in all aspects of your life. A core group of senior faculty members, working closely together with field experts and a TEP Executive Fellow, pool their knowledge to ensure that each of you will leave with an immeasurable, more sophisticated global business viewpoint.

Actively Engage for ResultsTEPpic_032608

As a participant, you examine key business topics from the vantage point of other successful senior executives, coupled with your own thoughts on global business challenges. Within each learning exercise—lectures, class discussions, learning-team meetings, individual and small group presentations, role playing, and computer simulations—you are an active player in the process and in the range of managerial decisions that must be reached. You will take away a full kit of resources to help you apply new ideas and innovative solutions to management challenges within your organization and you’ll have a whole new network to consult on future issues.

TEP Home Right 3Make Every Minute Count

TEP’s curriculum gains in complexity and momentum as the program moves forward, yet participants are afforded ample time for reflecting and strategizing. By forming small, task-oriented learning teams, we ensure that executives benefit from the diversity of talent and insights that fellow classmates bring to the program.
