At the beginning of the program, you will be assigned to a cross-functional learning team of five to six peer managers. The professionals in your learning team are selected for their outstanding leadership capabilities and are put together based on three things, allowing for the greatest contribution to one another’s learning:

    2. Diversity of industry and/or company
    3. Diversity of geography

    Typical Learning Team Schedule

An integral part of the Darden case method is student involvement in learning team meetings. Students report that their teams typically meet remotely two to three times each week and nightly during residencies. Frequency and timing of learning team meetings are up to the team and are not mandated by the program.
