Biography

Kenneth M. Eades, Professor of Business Administration, teaches first year and second year finance courses. He also teaches in numerous Executive Education programs. His research focuses on corporate finance issues including dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, investments, defined benefit pensions and pricing of convertible securities. The author of more than 50 Darden cases and two textbooks. Eades has received both research and teaching awards.

Professor Eades has served as the faculty representative on Darden's Alumni Board and as chair of the MBA Policy Committee, a key governance committee of the school.  He serves as a member of Darden's Board of Trustees. Professor Eades joined the Darden faculty in 1988. He previously taught at the University of Michigan and Northwestern University.
