Class Visit & Host Program

Class visits are a great way to experience the case method and student section dynamic first hand. Due to the number of visit requests, we ask that you schedule only one class visit.

After filling out a short registration form, you will be able to sign-up for a specific class visit time and date, but not the specific class. Each visitor is matched with a current First Year student for the class visit based on the information provided in your registration form. We require that you register at least 72-hours in advance. If you have requested materials or created an account with us after September 1, please login with the username and password that were provided to you at that time.

Class visits are not available during exams, reading days, holidays, or on days with planned programming at Darden. Class visits will not be available from Friday, December 4 through mid January due to exams and winter break.

After you have scheduled a class visit, you will receive an email confirmation with the date and time of your class visit, along with travel and lodging information.

Cancellations: If you are unable to visit Darden on your scheduled day and time and need to cancel or reschedule, please use our online scheduling system to cancel your visit. For cancellations within 48-hours, please contact the visitation coordinator by email at admissionscoordinator@darden.virginia.edu or by phone at (800) UVA-MBA1 or (434) 924-7281.
