Mayo Center for Asset Management (Mayo Center) at Darden in December 2014 as the Center’s first Director. Prior to joining Darden and Mayo Center, George worked in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs after previous roles in investment and management consulting, as well as in the education and private foundation space. As director, Craddock has primary leadership and managerial responsibility for the administration and oversight of all of the center’s activities, including conferences, sponsored research, Darden Capital Management, seminars and roundtables. In her role as coordinator for the Mayo Center, Kristen is responsible for event planning, integrating projects, financial operations, and logistics to enhance the center’s activities. As the coordinator for three of Darden’s centers of excellence she works to improve communications among the centers and throughout the enterprise. Before coming to Darden, Kristen worked for Albemarle County as a Project Coordinator for the Strategic Prevention Framework-State Incentive Grant. There, she successfully designed and implemented a campaign to reduce drinking and driving in the area. As a UVA graduate, Kristen has been thrilled to remain close to the university and the community of Charlottesville.
