    Chequeta Allen joined the Career Development Center as Assistant Dean for Career Development Center (CDC). She comes to Darden with a focus on the key directives of the CDC related to the strategic direction of the Business School.  

    She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Department of Decision Sciences and completed her MBA in the Executive Program at the College of William and Mary’s R.A. Mason School of Business.

    Chequeta has a distinguished career and has led in a diverse set of top organizations. Prior to her role at Darden, she was Executive Director of the Career Management Center at the R.A. Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary. Before joining W&M, Chequeta worked in corporate and academic settings, including Oracle, Stanford University and Stanford Medical Center, the University of Southern California and Virginia Commonwealth University College of Medicine. Throughout her career she has excelled at marketing, administration, training and applied research.

    As a career advisor, Ed Yu teaches career management, providing career advice to First and Second Year students. He is responsible for advising students interested in careers in investment banking, sales and trading and corporate finance. Ed serves as the liaison to the Finance and Turnaround & Restructuring Clubs.

    S. Kellogg Leliveld serves as a career advisor for students interested in non-traditional MBA career paths. Kellogg also teaches a series of classes to First Year MBAs on career management and job search strategy and provides student coaching. She oversees Darden’s student-led job treks and serves as the Career Development Center advisor to a number of student organizations including Health Care, Retail & Luxury Goods, Graduate Women in Business, and Business Design.

    Denise Karaoli serves as a career advisor and resource for international students seeking positions in the U.S. and overseas, and U.S. students seeking international opportunities. Her main responsibilities include program and resource development, individual career counseling and group instruction in career search strategies for the U.S. and abroad. Denise also focuses on developing recruiting opportunities with international and multinational companies for the entire Darden student body and with U.S. companies for the international students. In addition, Denise provides career support for minority students, works with companies on diversity recruiting and is actively involved in the major diversity conferences. She also serves as the liaison for 10 diversity-focused student organizations.
