Marketing Manager
The University of Virginia Darden School Foundation seeks a Marketing Manager to join the department of Executive Education. The incumbent will work closely with the full Executive Education team and is responsible for collaboration in the execution in the $1.6 million marketing functions in support of custom and open-enrollment program offerings, managing special marketing outreach and campaigns, and graphic design in conjunction with digital and direct mail efforts. Also responsible for supporting vendor relationships, assigned client communications, and other. The Marketing Manager will contribute to the overall marketing effort and will implement and analyze direct and interactive marketing programs with the primary goal of recruiting new participants/new business to executive
programs, building loyalty among current clients, and targeting/developing leads for all Executive Education offerings.
Will require some travel (approximately 10% to manage trade show exhibits and cover meeting with potential clients. College degree and five years of professional level marketing experience required. Excellent organization, time management, oral and written communication skills imperative. Experience with marketing and design software key, as well as ability to learn and use database functions.
Operations Associate
The Darden School Foundation Human Resources Department has an immediate opening for an Operations Associate. The position is scheduled for 30 hours per week and will be responsible for the following:
Administrative tasks associated with recruitment, orientation and onboarding; employee leave recordkeeping; reconciliation of benefit vendor bills; employee file, online folder and HR Portal maintenance; analytics of key metrics.
We seek the following skills and experience:
Proficiency in Excel, Database Management, File and Webpage Maintenance. Preferred candidates will have Leave administration experience, familiarity with Project Management tools, proficiency in Spanish and previous administrative responsibilities in a Human Resources role.
Assistant Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations
The University of Virginia Darden School Foundation seeks an Assistant Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations.
The incumbent will work closely with development leadership and the Executive Director of Corporate Relations and is responsible for raising unrestricted and restricted corporate annual and major giving, including oversight of the Corporate Sponsors Program and student club fundraising. The Assistant Director also serves as a liaison with other entities within the Darden Enterprise for the purpose of identifying major Corporate & Foundation Relations prospects, enhancing corporate connections and raising awareness regarding the role of corporate giving at Darden. This position will require some travel (no more than 20%) to be determined through prospect identification.
College degree and two to five years of professional level experience, preferably in a not-for-profit or academic entity. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Experience with donor research and prospecting highly desirable. This is a full time, salaried position with benefits.

The Housekeeper is responsible for providing world class customer service to all guests. This position is responsible for ensuring that the overall cleanliness of the facility is maintained to executive management’s standards. This position is responsible for general housekeeping activities to ensure clean, sanitary, orderly and attractive conditions in the Sponsors Executive Residence Center. Candidate must have completed a minimum of two years of high school and have prior housekeeping experience. This position is hourly, daytime hours. Schedule will vary.
