Why Should I Attend This Workshop?
Discovering "what's next" is one of the most challenging and exciting steps in every individual's life and career. The purpose of this workshop is to equip you with the career management skills and resources to determine "what's next" and to achieve your career and life goals. Numerous self-assessment tools will be used to help you define your life themes and life dreams and turn them into career objectives. These assessment tools will be discussed and analyzed during the first two days of the workshop. The third day of the workshop will focus on the process of finding what's next by creating high-impact resumes and marketing materials and developing the skills and resources to access today's market.

- Individuals considering or in the midst of a job transition
- Individuals interested in learning or refining career management skills
This workshop is open to UVa alumni (and their partners) and alumni from member schools of the MBA Alliance Group. All participants must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience. Enrollment is limited to the first 35 registrants. Register early as previous sessions have sold out six weeks before the session!

How Do I Sign Up?
Enroll by completing the Registration Form and mailing or faxing it to the Darden Alumni Career Services Office (address and fax number are on the registration form). Confirmation of acceptance will be sent upon receipt of form. There is no charge for cancellations made before the early registration date of September 12, 2014; cancellations made after this date will incur a $300 fee.
Where Will I Stay During the Workshop?
Lodging will be available at the Inn at Darden. A single room reservation will be made in your name for two evenings (lodging costs for the two nights are included in the workshop fee). If you would like to stay an additional night, contact the Alumni Career Services office at +1-434-924-4876 or email us. Please indicate that you would like to stay an extra night on your registration form and we will check on availability and cost.
How Much Does the Program Cost?
The fee for this workshop is $1595 per person for those registering by the early registration date of September 12, 2014, and $1895 thereafter. The price includes tuition, course materials, lodging, and meals. Darden Alumni who are unemployed at the time of the workshop will receive a 15% discount off these prices.
