LeAnn M. Buntrock has been with the Darden/Curry Partnership for Leaders in Education (PLE) since 2004 and currently serves as the executive director. Prior to joining the Darden/Curry Partnership, LeAnn was an attorney specializing in employment litigation and education law. Before practicing law, she taught for five years in Richmond (Virginia) City Public Schools. In 2004, she served as a senior staff member and education policy advisor on a successful U.S. Congressional campaign. Buntrock earned her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University (Virginia), her JD from the University of Richmond (Virginia) and her PhD in education policy from the University of Virginia.
