What is the Distinguished Certificate in General Management?
The Distinguished Certificate in General Management is designed for those seeking an enterprise-wide perspective of management by building upon a core management foundation. Along with traditional study, classroom discussions and small-group business case exploration, a combination of interactive workshops and real-time simulations in each program will increase the knowledge gained during and after the executives’ learning experiences. Additionally, the diversity of participants and the industries they represent afford the opportunity for extended industry and global viewpoints.
Through our general management course, Management Development Program: High-Performance Leadership, managers can examine the key business issues and solutions that are necessary to be successful in today’s dynamic business environment. With the successful completion of this required program, plus two additional programs from our other program series, committed managers can earn this certificate. Certain approved custom programs may also apply.
