Darden has nearly 40 years of experience conducting senior leader courses for U.S. military officers and civilians. These courses provide skills to equip leaders with the ability to think strategically and globally, to create diverse and inclusive organizations, and to proactively respond to new environments that require innovative thinking. The two-week Army Commercial Business Environment Program and one-week Army Advanced Program for Acquisition Excellence provide the GS-11-15 and O-4/5/6 acquisition, contracting, logistics and program management professionals with an in-depth understanding of industry. The one-week Army Senior Executive Education Program (ASEEP) Basic Course provides vital strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, human capital and inclusive leadership skills for newly appointed Senior Executive Service (SES) civilians.
The one-week Air Force Enterprise Leadership Seminar for O-6/7/8 officers, SES/G5-15/PBM civilians, and Chief Master Sergeants (E-9) provides leaders with financial management, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, human capital, change management and inclusive leadership skills.
The three-week Navy Understanding Industry Course provides an in-depth understanding of industry for officers and civilians in acquisition, contracting, logistics, financial management and program management. The one-week Strategic Thinking Course for flag/general officers and SES equips senior leaders with the skills to assess the strategic landscape, envision different futures, question assumptions and mental models, assess capabilities and take an integrated enterprise perspective.
