Darden’s Career Development Center employs a proven approach and comprehensive resources to support students in career transitions during the program:
(A) One-on-one Career Coaching
Engage an experienced career coach, who guides you through the job search process and serves as a sounding board when making career decisions. Your career coach can help you establish a career objective, discuss a marketing plan, conduct mock interviews and/or provide feedback about résumés and cover letters.
(B) Job Search Launch Seminar
Participate in a 12-week intensive multi-media seminar that will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to establish career goals and affect career change in today’s dynamic economy.
(C) Career Portal
Follow the self-directed "Job Search Roadmap" and employ resources for all stages of the job search process, including self-assessment, market research, networking, résumé writing, interviews and negotiations.
(D) On-Grounds Recruiting
