Darden’s Career Development Center employs a proven approach and comprehensive resources to support students in career transitions during the program:

(A) One-on-one Career Coaching

Engage an experienced career coach, who guides you through the job search process and serves as a sounding board when making career decisions. Your career coach can help you establish a career objective, discuss a marketing plan, conduct mock interviews and/or provide feedback about résumés and cover letters.

(B) Job Search Launch Seminar

Participate in a 12-week intensive multi-media seminar that will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to establish career goals and affect career change in today’s dynamic economy.

(C) Career Portal

Follow the self-directed "Job Search Roadmap" and employ resources for all stages of the job search process, including self-assessment, market research, networking, résumé writing, interviews and negotiations.

(D) On-Grounds Recruiting

Take advantage of opportunities to submit résumés and potentially be invited to interview in Charlottesville for full-time, entry-level MBA positions. View Darden's hiring companies and employment reports.

(E) Networking with the Darden Community

Connect with a diverse community of fellow students, faculty, staff and alumni. Learn more about Darden's faculty and the alumni network.
