Kevin Berger   Aviation / Transportation   Manager, Customer Experience Delta   Atlanta, GA       BS Civil Engineering - University of Virginia           My favorite aspect of the MBA for Executives format is the concentrated On Grounds experiences as it is rare and extremely rewarding to be able to focus on the program for three or more days, bond with the cohort, and minimize all of the usual noise from work and life in general. The weekends on grounds are intense but the immersive experience ties all of the curriculum together. By far my favorite aspect of Darden is the Case Method and how each case starts as a reading that is the same for everyone and ends up growing during the class discussion and ends up an entirely different experience for each class that is tied to the cohorts professional and personal experience.

Each class is an amazing opportunity to learn from not only our great faculty but from every member of the cohort. I am continuously challenged to think from different perspectives and that is what makes Darden so special.
