    Computer Access

  • Dozens of computer workstations are available, many featuring two monitors.
  • Study tables provide outlets for you to plug your laptop into the Darden network and electrical power.
  • Wireless access is available throughout the library

    Electronic Databases

  • Subscription access is available to over 120 databases for business and general research.
  • Most databases can be accessed remotely by logging onto the Darden VPN.

    Career Resources

  • Students can access Vault, WetFeet and Going Global through the Library Portal Page. These databases provide background information on occupations, industries and companies. Print copies of Vault and WetFeet books are also available on the library’s Career Placement shelves.
  • E-databases provide information on companies, industries and careers.
  • Country culture books provide information for students focused on international jobs.
  • Reference staff can guide you on research strategies for your job search.


  • Over 800 business journals and magazines and 8 daily newspapers are available on-site. Additional international newspapers are available for browsing in the Saunders Hall.
  • Most periodical titles are also available electronically.
  • Additional periodicals are available via our electronic database subscriptions.
  • Students can check out books from our Reserve collection. This collection is on hand so students can avoid carrying all their textbooks to campus each day.

    Research and Reference Assistance

  • Library reference staff can assist in the development of research strategies for your career search, classroom assignments and research.
  • Database instruction is also available one on one or in group teaching sessions.
