Darden tries to encourage students to broaden their exposure and apply what they have learned in the classroom by participating in competitions both on Grounds and beyond Darden.
Darden will sponsor a limited number of student teams to attend certain strategic competitions in the areas of global leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation, sustainability, ethics, and diversity. The following competitions are examples of possible competitions only and not a definitive list:
Students are invited to propose other competitions in addition to the ones listed. Applications for competitions to be sponsored will be accepted throughout the academic year. Please contact MJ Toms for more information.
