DCF 2012-2013 Officers



Patrice Yao – President

Patrice Yao is orginally from Hinsdale, IL, a western suburb of Chicago. She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. While on campus, Patrice was actively involved as a Resident Advisor, Air Force ROTC cadet, and career coach. Since then, she has been in management consulting in Chicago and Washington, DC, having most recently been with Deloitte Consulting. These days, you can find her listening to country music, doing zumba, cooking with her husband, and hosting parties in Huntingon!

Chirag Jain – V.P. Operations

CJ spent four years as an energy sector consultant focused on the North American power markets. In his spare time he volunteered with an inner-city mentorship program in D.C. working with at-risk youth.

He discovered his passion for emerging economies through his first-hand experience of the 1998 South East Asian financial crisis, as well as his summer work with a social enterprise based in the brothels of Calcutta.

Brian Gooch – V.P. Events

Brian Gooch will be serving as the Vice President of Events for the 2013-2014 academic year. After graduating from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, Brian spent six years doing IT and business process consulting with West Monroe Partners in Chicago. At Darden, he is the Director of Darden's non-profit Building Goodness in April,  and an active member of the General Management and Operations Club and the Marketing Club.

He will be spending his summer internship with the Leadership Development Program at AT& in Atlanta. In his time away from Darden, Brian is involved at Charlottesville Community Church and enjoys playing golf and running.

Luke Anderson – V.P. Education

Following graduation from the United States Naval Academy, Luke spent 10 years in the Marine Corps. During his time, he served as an Armor and Acquisition Officer. He is married and has two boys, Clayton and Knox.

At Darden, Luke is a member of the Darden Christian Fellowship, the General Management and Operations club, the Marketing club, and the Technology club. He will be spending his summer internship with Bain & Company in Atlanta.
