R. Scott Creighton is Global Vice President of Marketing Excellence at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Companies.  He has nearly 25 years of international marketing and sales experiences from a range of channels and business models, within top firms such as Johnson & Johnson, Estee Lauder, Benetton, L’Oreal and Richardson-Vicks.  Scott also chairs the Consumer Marketing efforts for LGBT Diversity Outreach at J&J.

A proud "Double Hoo", Scott received his B.A. from the University of Virginia as well.  He sits on Darden's Corporate Advisory Board and is an internationally-ranked triathlete, swimmer and long-distance cyclist.  He is involved in Buck County's FACT Community Health Organization, New York City's Bailey House Initiative for Homeless AIDS patients and is a member of the Human Rights Campaign.

Rick Jones manages online marketing for Cisco Systems' Collaboration Software Group.  Since graduating from Darden, Rick has worked with top Silicon Valley firms such as Adobe Systems, Autodesk and IBM.  An avid outdoorsman, Rick enjoys mountain biking, sailing and snowboarding throughout northern California.  Rick received his B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
