Clare Seekins, President

 In between stints in Charlottesville (UVA '07), Clare lived in Portland, OR; New York, NY; Pristina, Kosovo & Managua, Nicaragua. She considers herself a thoughtful optimist and a foosball enthusiast. After Darden, she has plans to learn a martial art, play the drums, and eventually get a dog that she might call Otis. Clare will spend Summer 2013 with Target in Minneapolis.

Rainy Shukla, VP Admissions & Alumni 

Rainy is an engineer with a Master’s degree in Thermal Fluidic Sciences from Cincinnati. Before coming to Darden, She worked with an engineering firm based in Massachusetts and designed green systems for commercial buildings. She is passionate about integrating innovative technologies and sustainable practices into businesses. She will be working with a leading research center in bay area as a Strategy intern. A geek at heart, when she is not wandering in the dark alleys of interwebs, she enjoys reading Science fiction and watching Doctor Who.

Eliav Bitan, VP Finance & Fundraising

Eliav grew up on the rocky coast of Maine, and spent summers working on a diversified livestock demonstration farm. He has a degree in History of Science from Columbia University, with a focus on environmental biology, and started the Green Energy Project, a program for high school students to build solar panels and learn about climate solutions. He has worked on agriculture and climate change policy across the United States by engaging with farmers, researchers, regulators and activists.

Andrew Massaro, Co-VP of Ally Engagement

Since graduating from UNC with a History degree in 2007, Andrew’s waited tables, taught English, duped border officials and led non-profits in five different countries.   Despite his love for the frivolous, Andrew plans on embracing the corporate suit as soon as anyone will let him.  Besides studying the ISLM model, Andrew’s interests include overeating, talking about airplanes, losing cell phones and writing short bios for affinity group websites.

Sarah Sanchez, Co-VP of Ally Engagement 

Following graduation from UT-Austin, Sarah joined Teach For America and taught elementary school in Washington, DC.  After her corps commitment, she worked in politics with a focus on immigration before returning to Teach For America's recruitment & admissions team.  This summer, Sarah will intern in Bogotá, Colombia as a Strategy & Operations Intern with Contratando.  If you don’t see her on the dance floor, she’s probably at home singing along to a musical or watching a documentary.
