Sarah Wilcox Elliott serves the Darden School as the Director of Student Affairs. Sarah provides advising to student clubs, oversees the student leadership and service awards process, and is a student advocate on Darden and UVa committees. Sarah came to Darden in 2009 as the Assistant Director of Student Affairs and became Associate Director a year later. Prior to this position, Sarah was an Assistant Dean in UVa's Office of the Dean of Students from 2006 to 2009. As a Student Affairs professional, she has also worked in diversity programming and residence life at the College of William and Mary and Northern Arizona University. Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2001 and her Masters in Higher & Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University in 2003. Sarah lives in Charlottesville with her husband Chris, who is Assistant Dean for Global Programs and Student Life at the McIntire School of Commerce. In her free time, Sarah enjoys Pure Barre, book clubs, The Voice, and taking care of their two precocious felines.

Lindsey Kline is the Assistant Director of Student Affairs at Darden. Lindsey works closely with Darden’s many student organizations, their leadership teams, residential MBA students, Darden Veterans, as well as Darden’s international student population. Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from The College of William and Mary and went on to receive her Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration from The University of Virginia. Before starting in the Office of Student Affairs, Lindsey worked at National College’s Charlottesville campus. Lindsey lives in Charlottesville with her husband Bryan, a full time medical student and a Second Lieutenant in the US Air Force. Lindsey loves reading, the performing arts, travelling, 80’s music, and learning new languages.

Amy Anderson is the Student Affairs Associate, and works with the rest of the OSA team to offer resources, support and advising for students to enrich their Darden experience. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Humanities/Interdisciplinary Studies from Michigan State University. Amy's career encompasses work with students of all ages, and includes graduate, undergraduate, community college and high school students. She worked as a Financial Aid Administrator before transferring to Darden. Amy and her family moved from Seattle, Washington two years ago. She loves the charm of Charlottesville, and her favorite activities include music and the arts, festivals, community events, exploring historical sites and visiting unique restaurants. She also enjoys dancing whenever she can, volunteering, and spending time with her two teenage daughters.

Xin Chen serves as the Doctoral Intern at the Office of Student Affairs at Darden. Xin works closely with Darden international students by developing new initiatives that help support international students' academic and social needs, assisting with daily student inquiries and providing guidance to our affinity clubs. Xin Currently is a PhD student working on her dissertation at Curry School of Education. Her research focuses on student leadership development in cross-cultural exchanges. Xin has worked closely with international students in U.Va. In the past three years, she was a program assistant at the International Center creating social and cultural events for U.Va. community. She is also affiliated with International Studies Office (ISO), coordinating orientation programs and related seminars for international students. Xin is originally from Shanghai, China. She has her B.A. in Philosophy and Management and Public Relations from East China Normal University, and an M.A. from Fudan University. In her free time, she enjoys visiting museums, hiking, reading, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
