Caroline grew up in Baltimore, MD where she attended the Bryn Mawr School for Girls for 15 years (yes…15).  She then moved to Evanston, IL to study Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University.  After graduating in 2007, she wrote research on human resources management at CEB in Washington, DC.  She came to Darden to learn how corporate functions outside of HR work and plans to take that knowledge back to a career in HR.  Outside of school, she raises money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by training for the Baltimore marathon, bakes for her legendary Section E classmates, and dreams about snowboarding and opening a pie shop named Three Point One Fork.
