MarketingNPV and the American Marketing Association have announced that Darden School of Business Professor Paul Farris will present a webcast on January 14, 2010, on the forthcoming 2nd edition of his book, Marketing Metrics, co-authored with Phil Pfeifer, Neil Bendle and David Reibstein.
The free webcast is the fourth installment in the organizations’ Meeting of the Minds webcast series, which features marketing faculty from top business schools throughout the world who share their experience from the boardroom and the classroom about how marketers can better demonstrate the value marketing creates for shareholders.
Professor Farris will offer an update on the soon-to-be-released 2nd edition of Marketing Metrics, which Strategy + Business named the “2006 Marketing Book of the Year.” From noon to 1 p.m. on January 14, he’ll discuss the purpose of the book and additions and changes to the key metrics shaping marketing measurement. He will also share new research about who is using which types of marketing metrics and how.
