One of the most popular annual presentations at the Darden School of Business is set to take place tomorrow night.
Prof. Alan Beckenstein
will present his economic outlook for 2010 in the Abbott Center at Darden from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on January 5, 2010. The event is sponsored by Darden’s Office of Alumni Relations and the School’s Charlottesville Alumni Chapter.
“Year after year, Professor Beckenstein packs the room when he delivers his forecast’ said Vice President for Alumni Relations Michael Woodfolk. “Our alumni and guests really enjoy his presentation.”

Professor Beckenstein heads Darden’s Global Economies and Markets area. His research and teaching address antitrust and regulation issues and global competition. Before joining the Darden faculty in 1972, he worked as a research associate at the Brookings Institute and as a management consultant.
