A great way to meet our students and hire MBAs is to join the University of Virginia Darden School of Business at our Annual Recruiters Conference, attend a career fair or an interview forum or participate in a student-led Job Trek (student visits to companies). We welcome the chance to host you at Darden or see you on the road.
MBA Interview Forums
For the past several years, Darden has participated in two annual interview forums, the Boston MBA Interview Forum, and the Day in the Bay West Coast MBA Interview Forum. For the Boston Interview Forum, Darden and 2 other MBA schools partner to host the event. For Day in the Bay, Darden and 10 other leading business schools participate in the forum. Interview forums make it easier for companies in these geographic areas to interview top talent from Darden and other excellent MBA programs in the spring for just-in-time hiring needs. For 2012, the Day in the Bay West Coast MBA Interview Forum will be held on Friday, 30 March. The Boston MBA Interview Forum will be held on Friday, 13 April.

Job Treks
An effective way to showcase your company and get to know Darden students is to participate in a student-led job trek. Each year, teams of students organize visits to companies across the United States and overseas.
