Everette Fortner currently serves Darden as the Executive Director of Corporate Relations.  In this role, Everette oversees all Darden corporate relationships and interactions. Everette hosts various c-level executives, as well as travels globally promoting and building relationships with corporations in every industry.  Everette started at Darden in July 2003 as the Director of Career Development and has been a vital resource in executing some of Darden's largest initiatives. Everette is a Darden graduate from the Class of 1987. He previously worked for 17 years in marketing and general management with Kraft, Nabisco, Frito-Lay and Dun & Bradstreet, both in the U.S. and internationally. Everette currently lives in Charlottesville with his wife Sally and three children.

Casey Floyd is currently the Associate Director for Corporate and Foundation Relations at the Darden School of Business.  Her primary role entails facilitating and fostering relationships between Corporate Partners and the Darden Community.  Casey joined Darden in March of 2012.  Previously, Casey was employed as a Marketing Manager for NTELOS Wireless where her responsibilities involved events, sponsorships and brand management.  She received her undergraduate degree from James Madison University and a MBA from Averett University.Casey is a native to the Charlottesville area.

Sammar Simmons is currently the Corporate Relations Associate at the Darden School of Business. In this role, Sammar is responsible for executing key Corporate Relations' initiatives such as the Leadership Speaker Series and the University of Virginia Investing Conference. She previously worked at The Network, Inc. as a product manager for three software-as-service products. Sammar received her undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. She is originally from Atlanta, GA and joined the Corporate Relations team in June of 2012.
