Meet the 2026 i.Lab Incubator community of Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, mentors, and advisors. These individuals play a critical role in offering valuable expertise, hands-on guidance, and strategic insight during the summer incubator and beyond.
Entrepreneurs-in-Residence
Each i-Lab venture is paired with an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) who meets with founders weekly to provide accountability, valuable tactical guidance, and industry-specific expertise. This select group of EIRs are part of a larger Batten Institute program, which makes experts and entrepreneurs available to any Darden student or faculty member.
