As the executive director for professional advancement, Dunlop delivers innovative courses and manages coaching programs that support executive MBAs in reaching their full potential. In the classroom and in one-on-one coaching sessions, she is known for her active listening skills and the ability to ask powerful questions that deepen learning and forward action. Dunlop is recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a professional certified coach (PCC) and has coached more than 1,000 executives.
Dunlop's intellectual interests sit at the intersection of leader development and adult learning. She is a regular contributor to Forbes through the Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only community for leading business coaches. She authored a case, Alan Diaz, and co-authored another, Daryl Brewster, for Darden's "Professional Advancement" course. She presented "Coaching Executive MBAs and Alumni on the Case Interview Process" for both the MBA Career Services for Working Professionals Alliance Conference and the Executive MBA Council Conference.
Dunlop joined the Darden team in 2007. Prior to Darden, she served as an internal human resources consultant with Capital One and a management consultant with Deloitte's strategy and operations practice
