Katie Warehime brings a deep commitment to people in her role as Associate Director of Program Delivery & Executive Coaching. She has has overseen leadership institutes for federal clients and directed executive coaching for military and government partners, managing a dedicated bench of coaches.

As Senior Digital Program Manager, Claire Reifsnyder partners with Darden's faculty to design programs and bring them to life in the digital space, shepherding the full experience from concept to completion.

UVA is addressing the emergence of a large and growing population of healthy, highly educated adults who are living decades beyond traditional retirement age. Rather than treating this period as an afterthought, Next Chapter recognizes it as a distinct and consequential phase of life, one that requires intentional design.

Sydney Pinello, Associate Director of Program Development and Management, guides custom programs primarily for our military and government clients. She works closely with Darden faculty and clients to design experiences that meet real learning needs, while also managing the operational side – planning logistics, coordinating space and following up after each program to make the next iteration even stronger.
