The program begins at 5:30pm the first day with a welcome reception and opening dinner. The remaining days generally run from 8am-5pm, wrapping up by 12pm on the final day. Featured session topics and activities include:

This program is designed for chief pilots and executives with aviation department responsibilities who want to maximize their impact across their organizations. It is especially helpful for leaders who want to grow beyond "one-size-fits-all" management and develop the competitive insights and habits to flourish in their industry.

Earn Your Certificates
Developing Leadership Capability in the Corporate Aviation Function counts as one program toward a noncredit Certificate in Corporate Aviation Management. Complete this program and the two additional required programs to earn your certificate.
Completion of the program also provides a way for participants to earn initial or recertification Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) credit.
Completion of the Certificate in Corporate Aviation Management also counts as three programs toward Darden's noncredit, four-program Certificate in Leadership & Management.
