After receiving her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Jen spent nine years in equity sales and trading at Goldman Sachs. After a subsequent year as a trader with a hedge fund, she transitioned to higher education and became assistant dean at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business Career Center. At McDonough, she spent seven years as a career coach and relationship manager responsible for the oversight of multiple industry verticals, coaching staff, career services for McDonough’s masters of finance program, and alumni career coaching. In November 2015, she became the executive director of The Armstrong Center for Alumni Career Services at Darden. In addition to her MBA, Jen has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tufts University.
