This unique program features diagnostic assessments, coaching sessions and leadership reflections.

Focus

Leadership

Refine your natural management inclinations with individual coaching and discover how empathy, communication and encouragement can drive your team in extraordinary new directions.

  • Learn what it means to practice leadership as a servant and the power it creates within organizations
  • Become more aware of your leadership skills, how you affect others and complete diagnostics that help you better understand your impact as a leader
  • Understand how servant leadership can be adapted to different organizational settings and contexts to see how it can drive improved results
  • Deepen your knowledge of human behavior, including our capacity to bring out the best in people as well as our darker side, and how you can lead more responsibly
  • Expand your capacity to think creatively and develop new insights essential for navigating through challenging times
  • Topics & Themes

    1. Leading with Humanity: Demonstrating That People Matter in Leadership
      • Develop a deeper level of self-awareness to recognize how your leadership behaviors impact those around you.
      • Identify gaps between your leadership intentions and the way your team experiences your leadership.
      • Explore practical strategies to create a workplace culture that prioritizes trust, empathy, and empowerment while still driving performance.
      • Engage in real-world applications of servant leadership through case studies, self-assessments, and peer discussions to refine leadership approaches.
    2. Navigating Ethical Leadership: Balancing Tradeoffs and Communicating Values
      • Adopt an analytical framework to assess the tradeoffs involved in leadership decisions, understanding their short- and long-term implications on people and the organization.
      • Explore ethical dilemmas in leadership—does the end justify the means? How do we ensure decisions align with our values while achieving business goals?
      • Learn how to articulate and model an ethical leadership stance that resonates with employees, stakeholders, and the public.
      • Develop strategies for transparency and accountability, ensuring that leadership decisions are just, fair, and sustainable for long-term success.
      • Strengthen communication skills to clearly convey your leadership philosophy, inspiring confidence and trust across the organization.
    3. Leading with Humanity in a Digital-First World: Maintaining Connection in an AI-Driven Age
      • Explore how AI and digital tools can enhance rather than replace human connection, allowing leaders to focus on meaningful interactions that drive engagement and trust.
      • Examine the role of AI as a facilitator, not a replacement, ensuring that technology serves human flourishing—helping leaders and employees do more of what matters in their roles.
      • Understand the concept of “human-in-the-loop” leadership—where AI enhances decision-making, but ethical oversight, empathy, and strategic thinking remain distinctly human.
      • Develop strategies to balance efficiency with empathy, ensuring digital transformation aligns with organizational values while keeping people at the center of innovation.
  • Impact & Outcomes
    • Increase self-awareness regarding leadership behaviors and the impact these behaviors have on team experience, enabling you to close the gap between your leadership intentions and your team's reality. This will lead to the development of workplace cultures rooted in trust, empathy and empowerment.
    • Adopt an analytical framework to assess complex trade-offs in leadership decisions, balancing short-term goals with long-term organizational and human implications. You will be able to clearly articulate, model and communicate an ethical leadership stance that ensures decisions are transparent, accountable and aligned with core values.
    • Strengthen communication skills to effectively convey your leadership philosophy and decision rationale, thereby inspiring confidence and building deeper trust with employees, stakeholders and the public across all organizational levels.
    • Strategically leverage AI and digital tools as facilitators to enhance human connection and focus on meaningful interactions, ensuring a "human-in-the-loop" leadership approach that balances efficiency with empathy and keeps people at the center of digital transformation.
    • Develop your best ideas with collaborative input and without undue attachment to their execution.
    • Lead your team through stressful projects while remaining thoughtful, empathetic and inclusive.
    • Let go of control and allow others to do their jobs more effectively and happily.
