Laura Bordoni joined the faculty with nearly fifteen years of experience as a consultant and advisor to individuals and organizations.  At Darden, Laura teaches Experiential Learning and previously served as the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and Engagement for the Professional Degree Programs. 

Prior to joining Darden, Laura served as the Senior Director of Business Consulting at Marriott International and as a Manager at L.E.K. Consulting where she focused on growth strategy, organizational design and behavior, and human capital development. Laura also worked in sales and account management at the Advisory Board in Washington, D.C. Throughout her career, Laura has focused on supporting and developing individuals as they navigate significant change or adversity and identifying ways in which organizations can do the same. 

Laura holds an M.B.A. from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Mathematics from Middlebury College. Laura lives in Ithaca, NY with her husband and young daughter.
