Edward Yu

Education: B.A., University of Pennsylvania; MBA, Booth School of Business 

Ed Yu joined Darden's The Career Center n 2005 and was promoted to his current position in 2011. 

As associate director of career education and advising, Yu teaches Darden's Second Year coaching course and acts as a career adviser to students interested in corporate finance, investment banking, and sales and trading. He serves as club liaison to Darden's Finance and Turnaround & Restructuring clubs, working to coordinate career development activities and company outreach. 

Yu received a B.A. in economics and Asian history studies from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. Prior to joining Darden, he spent his corporate career on Wall Street, where he worked in the financial services and investment banking industries in functions including sales and trading, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Yu also served as the assistant director of career education and advising at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
