Rohit is a Senior Data Scientist at the Office of Research Services. He consults Darden researchers in research data engineering, data science, high performance computing (HPC) and cloud computing. Prior to joining UVA Darden, he worked in a similar capacity at University of Michigan and Boston College business schools where he consulted faculty and doctoral students in engineering novel research data and conducting computations. Moreover, he taught courses in research data management and computing to the doctoral students.
Rohit holds a PhD in Applied Economics and Business Statistics from Texas Tech University. He has also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at McGill University in Montreal.
