Community Consultants of Darden (CCod) is an incorporated not-for-profit organization founded in 1956. CCoD provides marketing, operational and strategic evaluation and planning services to visionary non-profit organizations and small businesses in the Charlottesville community. CCoD delivers a unique and valuable experience for both students and clients, and furthers the Darden brand in the community.

Members of CCoD, along with leadership from other community outreach clubs recently hosted a webinar where they shared their experiences at Darden and what their clubs bring to the Darden community.

Building Goodness

Although this organization has members who are University of Virginia students and may have University employees associated or engaged in its activities and affairs, the organization is not a part of or an agency of the University. It is a separate and independent organization which is responsible for and manages its own activities and affairs. The University does not direct, supervise or control the organization and is not responsible for the organization’s contracts, acts or omissions

    Community Consultants of Darden hosts a variety of events and activities throughout the year.

    • September – First Year application period culminating in a networking night
    • October-December – Training for consulting teams and project scoping
    • January-April – Execution of consulting projects
    • April – Final presentations to both client and Darden stakeholders
